haven't listened to the media yet. This is my independent take. Said that from 5 hours ago on HB from last thread. By the way it's what we do here. Pick over stuff and discuss. I just told you don't believe everything you read. Then you go sight the media lol. Just think it over and allow that more is at play here.
If he was given a serious contract offer, that came in line with, you are a core player to build this team around. Then, no way he's talking about other issues. That can be solved. This won't change if they want him back in the future either. - Nuck4U
Don't believe anything I read? I have read direct transcripts from the KHL team who interviewed him, and Jim Benning's statement? Media or not, I trust those sources. |

No I think Tryamkin's ceiling was definitely higher than Stechers, but contract negotiations are around facts and Stecher has a better case with more icetime and more points - WhiteLie
You can thank WD for that. |

So did I earlier on. Then broke it down for what was unspoken and read between the lines. Take it for what you want. |

I don't care about the reason(s) he left... Bottom line - he left. If things were handled properly from management down to leadership/brotherhood in the dressing room, I don't think we would've been blindsided by a departure like this. It's a big, BIG blow to the rebuild IMO... - DrChristianTroy
Essentially the case, despite of JB's spin. |

Well well well this just sucks, no more drafting of Russians. Now what do we do draft another dman or a center this draft, I would just take the bpa but who is that. |

I know no one is saying this but, do you think playing in the Olympics was also a motivating factor? i thought i heard that he only signed a 1 yr deal... hopefully he only signed a 1 yr deal to be with family and for the possibility of Olympics and then comes back the next year |

that is the exact poop that I am talking about tho. What are you breaking down? You are making up stories from "what is unspoken and reading between invisible lines". Why do you do that? Its black and white. Tryamkin left man. Get over it. |

The BPA in the top 5 will be a center.
Makes the choice pretty straight forward. |

I wish it was that simple this draft is crazy...I change my top 5 daily |

Tryamkin didn't want to be here, plain and simple.
They had to bribe him last year to come over and they had to put up with his refusal to even do a conditioning stint in Utica at the beginning of the year.
He had the potential to be a dominant force in the NHL but over the last couple of months of the season did we really see any big hits or aggressive play from him?
His body language when he was called for penalties or on the ice for goals against showed plenty of frustration. And not the good, motivating kind of frustration.
Forget the talk of whether or not he'll sign back here again and move on. JB swung for the fences with him as a draft pick. Sounded good coming off the bat, had the distance, everyone was on their feet cheering what they thought was the game winner, but it turned out to be just another disappointing foul ball. - YeOldTimer
I think your right, he didn't look comfortable in north America. |

Or maybe read between the lines and come up with a different wildly speculative option and push that instead...let's see...oh it's because Goldy hit on his wife and Tryamkin needed to get out of town before she left completely...it's all there in the media report if you read between the lines and make up what you want.
Only a one year deal... well that shatters the stupid assumption he left because he was only offered a 2 year deal. |

I cannot remember a single instance that highlighted Larsen all year.
