The minute you believe you have it all figured out or are doing everything you need to operate at your highest potential, is the minute you are quickly sliding back down a slippery slope. Hence why the continual search for greater understanding and refinement is so important. We often think of truth along the lines of black and white; right and wrong. When in actual fact truth transcends definitive lines, boundaries and “absolutes”. Because when it is truth, it is universal; at minimum a kernel of it found in all manner of seemingly contradictory explanations and expression. When genuinely seeking, we are in a process of drawing that truth together into an evermore cohesive framework through which to engage our training, and every aspect of it, more honestly.

Honestly can't believe Hawks are not aware and if they are, that they don't have some real issues with their players under contract being involved. - savvyone-1

Johansen>Toews. At half the cost. - VopatsRash
You had a solid, initial argument in your first page post. This one? It is completely laughable. This is one series. And Johansen has but a tiny fraction of a resume' of Toews. You really missed on this one. Badly. Ask all 29 other GM's, including yours: Who would you want, Ryan Johansen or Jonathan Toews? Wow.

You are seriously telling me you would not make that trade, especially if it got rid of one of the worst contracts in the NHL for you. And Toews making the top 100 is a joke. Most people outside Chicago doubt he is in the top 200. - VopatsRash
You went from a good post, to a highly questionable one to now phucktarded. You just fall off the turnip truck? Oi Vey!

Ha ha, I have decided. ONNIT catapulted the journey of the Hawks to share the remainder of the month of April cleaning out their lockers and scheduling tee times.
I have no problem w/natural remedies and even supplements but this sh!t is whacked.
And what is wackier is that there must not be a clause in the players' contract that gives the club some say over their ability to buy into Jim Jones-like bs koolaid.

How about this, at least as a starting point?
To Philly: Crawford
To Chicago: one of Robert Hagg, Samuel Morin or Travis Sanheim and either a 2nd or 3rd round pick - GloveHandStrong
So Philly is going to carry 8.5 million in goalie salary? Neuvirth at 2.5 and Crow at 6 million?
I think Philly already has some cap issues.
They need a goalie no doubt, but again lots of these teams have higher priced back ups, and if you add Crawford you are shelling out 8, 9, 10 million for 2 goalies.
Gonna be interesting if they do trade him how they package it.
It would be very hard to say goodbye to Tazer but I would offer him to Winnipeg along with Crow and Keith for Scheifele, Trouba and Hellebuyck. Obviously a huge gamble for both teams but it would be a ballsy trade. - HawkfaninBC

We lost get over it .Preds are a good team ,that is well manage from top to bottom .Look at some of the deals they have made ,real hockey trades not salary dumps . HAWKS will not be doing much IMO .Crow may have played his last ,and that is a shame as he has been a huge cog in this great franchise . But really two 1 goal games ,and a couple tough breaks on the 2nd goal in game 3 and the dog penalty being ignored in game 1 .Could have easily switch the momentum in the series ,but it did not and them the breaks . We had some great breaks on our three trips to the Cup .. Some against Nashville
I would expect our young players Hartman Schmaltz Hayden Kempny Frosling and others to continue to progress. We will be fine along as we keep the core together ,and continue to bring in young player .GO HAWKS !!!!

well they are looking for a good starting goalie(bishop has been mentioned alot) and they'll be looking at about 6 mill for any one of Miller, Bishop, Fleury or Crawford or they could cheap out for a lesser goalie like resigning Mason or Pavelec, Elliott, Lehner or Bernier. A decent backup will cost you about 1.5-2.5 mill so if theyre serious about contending, they'll spend
