Thanks Carol. I completely agree with you about the TDL. I think the TDL has changed so much over the last few yrs and you can really see it where the players that go to new team struggle. Ask Ryan Miller, it's hard to get comfortable with new teammates and new systems. We are also seeing that at the draft there has been an increase in player movement.

I hope they give Dan Bylsma an interview, I've always liked his coaching style... not really his fault Buffalo is terrible
- Crazybagoham

I don't really care who as long as they are a known entity. Someone that can stand up for themselves.

I was thinking yesterday that Montreal makes a great trading partner for the Canucks.

The Canucks should look at trading the Sedins to Montreal for a package containing Galchenyuk.

Love your thought but that is crazy!

Where on Earth did you see a rumour that Crawford would come here to coach w Green? Have you been reading between the lines again?
- CanuckDon

I know you hate Crawford. I didn't put a preference on it. The Crawford talk on coaching Van has been all over the place. You got your inside lockeroom rumors. I got mine out here from hockey people too. Like I asked is there anything to this? I don't give validity to it. But the premise to it is that rookie coach Green would be aided by known NHL coach in "co-coach" role. Hope was Hitch would do it. But Crawford only one, rumor has it, willing to make that accommodation. Prefers to live in Van over Ottawa. Jarvis was kept to fill in senior assistant coach role and be go between for that set up. Again, don't know if this is even a possibility let alone workable. Asked for feedback if Carol or anyone knows or can add to it.

I think the exact opposite is what's happening.

I have never heard this rumour. Doesn't make a lot of sense to me. Why would Crawford leave a playoff team to join the Canucks on a lateral move? Also, it seems very unlikely that the organization would want him back. I'd prefer Green in a big way...perhaps a 1000 times more than I want to recycle old scraps

Yes good point. Not to mention the cap problems at TDL fits. This also questions the pump and dump UFA's at TDL strategy. With lack of moment it's even a less realistic possibility for a rebuilding team to take on.

Give me a break. EK believes his rumors or sources. I questioned it entirely. So got it your opinion is it's all BS and not workable. Or you hate Crawford and or Green.

Did you have any thoughts on Bylsma? Or associate coaches? Asked about that as well.

Guy Boucher takes a lot of credit and is the clear No.1 guy for Sens. Supposedly Crawford would get more in Van working with rookie unknown Green.

No one is left on Nucks from Crawford's time. Plus that was a long time ago. Aslo, trends of going back home for coaches have become more popular.

Anyway, I don't think it will work. But the Nucks are in desperate times so they may do something out of the box. Which they have been known to do in the past. You know like name their goalie captain.

Curious, if you question your source and don't think it would work, why would you defend it when someone questions you? Also, I don't think Van is desperate in finding a coach, they just haven't decided what they are doing yet. If you read the Kuzma article where he interviews TL, it won't be long.

Also, with all do respect.....please don't PM me anymore. Thank you.

You got your laugh effect. You can collect your troll brownie now. I didn't defend. I explained. It's part of discussing. Not dismissing. I'd talk hockey to you but your last sentence was pretty classless.

Weren't they expected to be a fringe playoff team who ended up with some injury problems ? Kinda ended up where they should have considering ...

I wasn't attempting to get a laugh. I asked nicely.

Ok, you weren't defending. I read it wrong, my apologizes.
