He's still getting better. The Shink trade was pretty dissapointing. No room for him though, had to find him somewhere to play. 
Shink was getting outscored by Brendan Bollig for a couple stretches this season. Mostly due to injury.

You guys are ahead of us in the rebuild, if you get a good consistent goalie then you'll potentially go places, until then, oh well.
