You guys are picking first. I am calling it now. If it was a McDavid draft you would have finished last and picked 2nd. But i think you guys get first cause its a poopty draft.

If I were you guys I would want the GM to take on some bruisers to beat the poop out of the opposition during the rebuild. Makes sure you finish low but it makes the game more entertaining, and also makes it so that your young talent does not get beat down. We had McGraten that took Monahan under his wing for the first year, we also routinely dressed another plug bruiser with McGrates on the 4th line.

Your guys threads these days are kinda manic-depressive. Most of you guys are good hockey fans (everyone except Vantel ) and I hope you guys have a quick turnaround.

Is your GM not really good at scouting? Have some faith! Now maybe you end up trading the pick away after he underperforms for a couple years, and then the pick suddenly becomes the next Cam Neely. But that is a conversation for another thread, for another day.

She is an intergalactic James Bond type of character and pretty much shags every guy in the flick. What is not to like. Amazing special effects too!

Not a huge fan of CA, but I like 2 or 3 contributor, one being Jeremy Davis who did Monday mailbag and talks in-depth about certain prospects and players in upcoming draft. Interesting take on Middlestadt who has poor 5v5 numbers as most of his points were on PP...hmmmm, ok for him to be a PP guy but not a Rasmussen who plays against tougher competition.
Also talked about how he is always skating, but implied he wasn't accomplishing much, sounds like Mason Raymond too me.
Anyways, he currently likes Vilardi over Middlestadt and likes Glass at 5.
