He is a better defensive prospect than Subban + Pedan. I would rank him right behind Brisebois and definitely behind Juolevi. Like I said earlier in the comments though, I am fully on board with stocking the cupboards, getting rid of players over 26 and do this thing right though

While I agree, I think it more-so depends on how he is utilized if he is signed again. If he plays 55+ games, then yes, it would not be beneficial. If we signed him to play an actual back-up type role to Marky, then absolutely it would be a good call. Demko in the minors is the best thing for our future.

Markstrom deserves a chance based on his contract alone. Nothing can convince me that re-signing Miller is a positive.

Lol... although I'm from a smaller island then that... but saltspring is (frank)ed.

I was in Vancouver the other day and there was this jacked up meat head totally going off about lifting and training and how you could fix everything with the right lifting system, dude was crazy train, like how the whole world would come together if everyone would just practice the proper training regiment. Right downtown, flexing and panhandling...... downright terrifying actually how vehement he got when people disagreed with him.... pretty sure he was high.....

They need a veteran goalie. It doesn't matter if they sign Miller, they will still get a high pick. Markstrom hasn't proven sh!t. Miller, Halak, some other veteran hack. who the frank cares. Sign a vet, try and trade him at the deadline.
