Darling traded...so timing of blog is kind of funny when you think about it. Crawford not going anywhere. - onehundredlevel
Thought you were BS'ing. Checked Trib. Holy poop! Time to amp-up speculation.
Funny if Scott won't sign with the 'canes and returns here to ChiTown. |

With the darling trade I would not be surprised if they trade Crawford. They may make a hockey trade for another goalie or try to find two cheap vet goalies. - ShamRockShark
Crawford going nowhere. They obviously believe in chasing another cup. The core probably going to stay in tact, unfortunately. Salary dumps going to have to come from elsewhere. ......I'm thinking Panarin, Kruger, Anisimov are all in play....That's about 17 million there.

And Ryan Pace's lead in the dumbest trade in recent memory race would quickly be lost. |

I think more like $13MM, if I'm adding correctly - before their roster replacements. |

Meant CBJ not COL, but yes all possibilities to block a trade - actually good for him. I'd do the same |

So much for trading Crawford..... - EnzoD
Was never in the plan anyway to move CC.
Stanbo and Ron Francis must owe each other a lot of favours.
Coach Bill Peeters probably wanted Francis to dump Eddie Lack on Stanbo. |

Hjalmarrson might be the guy. He can probably bring back a good return. His contract is up in a year or two and the Hawks probably won't be able to pay him what he would want. |

Panarin to Philly for one of their young stud defensemen - hpk90
Sure......if they add Wayne Simmons too.....otherwise NO FREEKIN WAY.
Panarin is young, fast, and a high scorer, regardless of his lack of production in the series. The whole team didn't produce. I would trade Panarin for somebody like a Viktor Hedman though in a heartbeat !!

They weren't my comments (the ones you posted about originally).... and in my question to you about Russian being a race I pointed out there were exceptions... So I guess I am only a little ethnicistic (according to your moral scorecard).
Also BTW, I'd take the Kuznetsov I saw playing last night over almost any player on the Hawks roster. I also like Kucherov's call out of the Lightning. That said, there is that stigma - IMO a justifiable one - that has been around for decades. Even big names like Ovie and Malkin have received that criticism in past years. Some of their players think the Olympics is the big ring. Panarin, I hope, isn't that player. - tredbrta
Right comments, directed at wrong member, my apologies. |

Per cap friendly, nmc already in place. Goes to modified ntc in 18-19. Ten team list he will accept trade. |

i think they get rid of Cam Ward and run with a Lack-Darling combo wich could be really good |
