I am curios why nobody here is high on Owen Tippett? - Bakwas
The one thing we have is wingers, especially RW. Im assuming no one feels he is any better than the centers or Dmen on the board. So go with need. I cant see anyone not liking his game. |

Similar to Boeser
He is a complimentary player. Need someone who creates opportunities for his team-mates.

Glass is more gritty but is his skating good enough? He's improved the most this season. He's a Bo clone it seems. But if Mittlestadt was available he's got the better upside with offense, creativity, skating and is a good size too. - Nuck4U
After all articles talking about 5 on 5 play I would prefer Glass at this point.
I say trade back to 7 or 8, get an extra 2nd and take any of Vilardi, Glass or Mittlestadt |

Nucks need a young center, there's some good young centers with more upside imo. |

As long as we DO NOT end up with Liljegren Mittlestadt or Makar I think we will get a good player at 5. |

No you're wrong, that very rarely has ever happened. A bit of an anomaly with Vegas diluting the waters. - LeftCoaster
As you have recognized the new system is in place from last season. So the rarely ever comment has no weight. Not unlike the odds. You put too much hope into weighted outcomes. That's just not much of a plan. |

Every team fell, Avs 3 spots, Canucks 3 spots, Vegas 2 spots, Coyotes 4 spots, Sabres 2 spots, Wings 2 spots.....just one of those drafts. - LeftCoaster
I will gladly take Glass |

It's not just about winning the lottery, where you're shortsighted, it's about drafting in a good position. You're just focused on winning....which is dumb. |

He was rated as the top skater in the draft by Craig Button
ISS has his skating ability as 5 out 5 |

Yes and so has Glass worked on his this season and still sort of not top end. But like I said see him as a Bo clone. Thats good. Though,if you want more offensive creativity then Mittlestadt fits the bill. I think the Nucks might need that more. |

His 5on5 numbers are terrible. Glass has I think the best 5on5 in this draft class. |
