You're pretending to know things and have some kind of inside edge based on absolutely no evidence baffles me. Once again, you're out of your element Donny. - neem55
I do have an inside edge on some things...not who they will select this year sadly. Listen to Jim's interviews and follow people close to Jim and you should be able to piece together his list. He is pretty franking transparent. You annoy me greatly |

Let the Tanev debate begin - NorthNuck
I think that Tanev is an important part of our defence, as lousy as it has been the last couple of seasons. But if we are in a true rebuild then by the time we are ready to compete he will have his best years behind him.
Verdict: Trade him at or before the draft. |

“Obviously, home plate chances and things like that,” he explains. “I’m a big believer in breaking out the puck and forechecking and denying breakouts. And zone entries. There is a lot of good information you can get right now, and the access you have at the NHL level is really incredible.”
this info coming from green is great news, finally a coach with a team play blueprint!
Its looking up from here - SMBDragon
Yes all part of the upgraded package. He's a modern coach with players feel for the game. It's still tough sledding for him. It's not just the players and integrating youth challenge. We'll see if he can employ a system that adjusts to the changes from game to game. It's brutal how punishing coaching can be pounded at the NHL level. Competition is unrelentingly not forgiving with the slightest of error or misapplication. |

We would need to trade Baerschi or someone away. This would give us a team of small skilled forwards. Half the team would be under 6' |

I think Tanev and taking on one of their poop contracts might get it done. |

Just looking at some info, tighter Hart Trophy race than it may appear, Bob's got a chance but I think McDavid gets it. |

Exactly, if youre picking top-5 or top-10, you are taking the one of the best of an entire age group worldwide, to me that's a blue chip prospect. After a period of time, that can obviously change. I think Dahlen has possible risen to blue chip status, Goldy seems fringe as he tries to transition into NHL, Boeser (who IMO became one), Juolevi and Demko have done nothing that would hurt their development projections so I would say they are blue chips as well - WhiteLie
It seems to come down to living up to potential. Making the adjustments to up your level and advance your game. Those that have set backs. Hello Draistl. Can recover. It doesn't mean it's over. Let's hope JV. But the NHL is unforgiving to those who don't get it and keep it going. Goldy on the clock. BB and Dahlen seem to separate based on their maturity. I would put OJ there. It's the physical side they have to prove ready for now. |

it can be a team of hobbits for all I care, as long as they put the puck in the net/win games |

Id be fine with that idea actually, Barzal and another top d prospect - phyllee
Works for Nucks but won't happen for Isles unless they sign JT and trade for Dutch. Otherwise, if those all in moves don't go through they need Barzal for plan B rebuild. |

The home made guacamole goes without saying.
I don't want to push it with fresh cilantro as someone is bound to have a hissy fit. |
