Everything I have read or seen of him his skating barely comes up. I have read comments like" he has good east/west movement", "he has decent footwork".
I don't lend credence.to some people at CA. Now Carol on the other hand is great. - Reubenkincade
I dont know enough. I like big physical guys on the back end but they have to be able to transition the puck up ice. If its not an issue then his size and nuumbers look good. |

So that trade then is Tanev for a 2017 1st, 2018 1st, Colburn, and Carle? - Kaynine
I would prefer that deal than Droun. Allows you to move Colbourn at a deadline also plus gives you a vet for a season or two that plays a bit tough. Hopefully takes over for edler when we move him out too |

yes but i was hoping you could deal his 20% salary retention so that we could retain on another deal at next deadline - mauryballstein
We can still retain one more contract. Allowed 3 |

According to the people in Kelowna, he is not that physical, but is a good puck mover. Uses his stick to get into lanes and body positioning is good.

Earlier he was implying he would like 2 spots available in case we get a chance to dump a.couple of 7 million dollar men. |

Best dman on the team. LOL. He'd be second pairing. He's your best dman, but you're among the worst teams in the league.
A one dimensional decent, not great dman? Kapanen and a first, but I wouldn't go higher than that. - prock
No thanks proc! ....please leave these nice gentlemen alone |

Dear Pres.Cup, like a good teammate, I followed through with your request to install a two way mirror. After all, it would would help the half sh!ts turn into full ones, and we know you need to let it out. It was the least I could do after hitting your pair, so often, with break out passes. Sorry, your teachings of low hanging fruit, as an irresistible target, bred that play into me.
Anyway, I was packing up my tools, when I got the call I made it to coach Red's all star line up with you. Though, true to form he had most of us out of position. We know he loves head scratching deployments. It was another challenge to overcome. So I leaned my big head on the drywall to ponder. Apologies, I didn't check for termites and the overhanging support beam crashed down.
I am now back in Europe. On the road to recover from injury. My agent Booner has informed GM Makita that I have excercised my out clause on homesickness. So you are off the hook on causation. Give the thank you Booze to Scooby as I borrowed his Fin suit. Been told by Doc Bloated that's the only way to cure my symptoms. Seek blondes to stick out their tongues. Rinse, repeat, Champoo. Will send pics.
Don't fret will rejoin the team one day. Maybe by then Coach Realitycheck will have taken over and have a spot for me. But until then scout Manvanfan has uncovered a few up and comers to send over in Whitelie, Rueben, & Kaynine. One will be ready. Been told they are aces that can feed you the biscuit.
P.S. Crazybagofham has gone to clean up the mess. So Thunda and Chompsy can complete repairs. In no time, you can use the two way mirror to your heart's delight. Bombs away bud.

Memo to Pres.Cup.(& p.13)
Hey teamate. I've been working the road, to injury recovery, like Doc Bloated prescribed in his rehab system. Europe is hockey happy.
While training with Scooby's Fin suit climbed up La Tour de Eiffel. Stood in Line for the Louvre. Did the crawl on Boite row. You were correct. Deposits of Vantel's manly essence were present. Samples were collected to take to his alma-mater La Cirque de Clown-Fighting Acadamie.
While waiting for authentication, was directed to the bibliotheque to access Vantel's private memoirs. The pages marked with Golfing and Wiskey references were stuck together. Practiced skipping through the dribble and riddles. Then read the core courses taken at the Stockholm School for Sadists in the following subjects: Annoyance101, BlowHard202, SlurSpeach303 & HateMocking404. Amazing education!
Finally, Prof. Smarta$$ ASL verified the samples and put them up for auction. All bids will fund Nuckfan refugee resettlement programs headed by Director Nucker101. The largest bid was from Neems for 55K. His start-up Alts4dummies will use the sample essence to spark up research into lotto tanking. The problem is the results keep getting flushed away every season by his COO Lefty.
Last two bids were by PussiesRus and IdiotsRus to complete R&D. The giant merchants, founded by Vantel Lemmings, will release next season's BS and Dumba$$ Detectors to uncover missing link Savior Argue4U.
Sending you my last sample to straighten out flippant Laff trolls. Hold no quarter using the scent on toxic Prock and Walshy. Warden Belcher, can help you discern the finer points, of the essence, for roid ointment application on Canuck posters. As back up, 666 is the code to Marwood's Edibles safe.
Heading out, to Cologne for a colonoscopy check out, on the last Canuck playing. Wish me luck, using my big head to pressure a waiver release. Hope the two way mirror is working out. Bombs away bud. |

I like Drouin and anyone saying we have enough smurfs need to do their homework.
This smurf is a lot better than our current smurfs . Also taking back Callahan is stupid. You don't have to take back a sucker contract when trading Tanev. |

They better throw in Slater Koekkoek if we are taking on a poop contract like Callahan. It would be retarded to do that either way.
It would be like having Burrows back. Lets just throw the cap money away? |

Islanders would be a better trade partner. No need to take a bad contract we already have Loui Daniel and Hanks |

To my Canuck brothers I apologize for mentioning that idiot Procks name. Obviously the guy is a lurker ( sad case) . You mention his name once in 6 months and like a bad case of Herpes he is back.
For the record I mentioned Tavares to Canucks once as a what if scenario and the idiot takes it as Gospel.
I suggest you not engage with this moron because the more you scratch the more it becomes irritating.
Again I apologize for giving the dummy fuel . |

If we traded for Drouin, he would immediately be our best forward. |

This applies to more than one person. I see myself stepping back this summer especially if this crap continues to escalate. There's some great people here and it's fun to banter back and forth.
I actually feel sorry for those who intentionally disrupt this thread. Life must be tough. |

Sorry for you irritation Vantel, but there appears to be an irritation that will not leave. Everyone tries different thing to make it go away but unfortunately it isnt going away. We get a couple days where the itch and rash subsidies but then it comes back with a vengeance. I wish I had a good enough cream to make it it stop but I don't. |

Carle is retired.
Tanev is a nice piece, but I don't think we can afford to add to the deal, in order to acquire Drouin. There is going to be a ton of interest around the league. We won't be able to compete with all the offers. |

Exactly my friend. I don't care if I get a ban for calling these guys idiots. Yeasterday I ignored 8 pages of posts just because of the Leaf content from two of their lurkers.
Pile on as Kaynine said some of our posters and this place becomes a toilet.
