Did you actually just say Bo is a 3C - NorthNuck
All Bo is, is what I wish Sutter was. |

IDEALLY FOR A CHAMPIONSHIP ROSTER BUILD. - DrChristianTroy
Horvat is likely going to command 5 or 6 mil on his next contract. No contending team could afford that for their 3C |

Sorry I was heading to bed and didnt read back... regardless, Horvat is not a 3C even on a contending team
He is currently a decent 2C and looks like he will become an elite 2C at his peak |

$3 million is about right for a solid 3C....so thats what Benning should offer Horvat? 6 years 18 mill? |

I agree...but placing a peak on a 22 year old is foolish. Given his trajectory he could be a top 20 center in the league. It's unlikely but definitely a possibility given his character. I've spent time with Bo and all he cares about is hockey |

Totally. His pure dedication means he has the potential to go literally as far as he can push himself physically which could mean a true 1C someday, but at the very least at this point its a safe bet he'll be a very good 2C |

Agreed I see an elite 2C but I won't put a limit on him. Kesler can't distribute the puck but he is an elite 2 C....food for thought |

Bo appears to show up to training camp every year with a new trick.
Year 2, Better, more accurate shot.
Year 3, Vastly improved skating and acceleration.
Perhaps he works on his distribution skills this summer. He certainly has the size, I.Q and determination to continue to push his trajectory. Assuming he plays with BB, who has an unreal knack for finding open spaces and shooting lanes, Bo could very well develop the confidence to wheel and deal.
I would agree that his tendency to hog the puck mid-way through the season was concerning... |

That's not very helpful, I'd assume most pps in here are permanently high.

i had a dream I picked up a QP. I was disappointed when I woke up. |

Why did Vrbata want on Bo's line & not the Sedins? Why did Bo make Virtanen look good? Compatibility. Those guys are north/south players and the Sedins play an east/west game. Even the (frank)ing coaches we hire can't grasp that... (hopefully Green's different) - DrChristianTroy
I think Green is another management patsy. I hope I am wrong and he does well. |

The fact that they didn't interview a single other candidate would indicate exactly that.
I hope I didn't malign anyone with the comment. |

The Canucks should not afford that either. 4.5 for 3 years or 5 for 6. Tops |

I look at how players flourish when they leave this organization and how they fail when they arrive. I look at the we now have four coaches in 5 years.
We have a bad predictable power play. A soft team and a slow style. Sutter is not a slow skater. he may be soft but he is not a wussy. He was second man in on the Stecher Martin fight. He did manage to get close to 20 goals playing with two slugs all year.
This team is built around and designed for two players. I don't like Eriksson but I don't blame him . I just add him to the list of fails on a growing list. |

The one thing that I really don't like about JB is he seems to make some snap decisions. They could have found a better option at center then Sutter and the LE signing was because of his relationship with the Sedins. Maybe both of those moves were because of FA's want to make the playoffs, if not they were bad decisions. |

I actually like Sutter's game. Eriksson however I am not a fan and I was pi$$ed off with the signing from the beginning. Too much and too long. Waste of space.
Like it or lump it we are stuck with these guys until their contracts expire. |
