Then once you get all that poop, call around to see how much different places will buy it for, include pawn shops, they'll be low, but they'll set the bottom. Then click around Craigslist, Reverb, eBay, all that poop and you should get a pretty fair price for what it's worth.

That Ampeg rig is trash...Ill give you $50 to get it out of your house!

But really that is a very nice bass amp. I had an older, much older, one like it and the head alone got $400 selling privately (before Craigslist). If you do sell it, do Not pawn it! If it is an all tube amp as I suspect you should try for $1,200 minimum for the amp and cab. If money is not the point and you want it out of your house, pm me and Ill be over in 5 minutes.

Btw the cab is usually a 4x10 or 15 with 2 tens...I've seen yboth in the SVTs.

Edit...with the height of the cab, I'd bet that has eight, 10 inch speakers. A friend had one just like it.

Did a search on the bass amp. While Ampeg is a very very good brand, this looks like the solid-state version of the SVT, which means you can get it new for around 400 or so for the head (the top part). If it were the tube version, the head alone would be worth over a grand...and the head would weigh about seventy pounds. Very nice amp, either way.
