Beyond the obvious on Sedins can't go anywhere. The take on youth and competition in playoffs is interesting. Like the core needs to be no more then 25 for prime years of effectivenes and to excel in the playoffs.

If this is all true, then Nucks only have three years to become competitive. Otherwise their new window will start to close in a couple years after that. So why not avoid another boring rebuild. Might as well start trading everyone from Bo's age and older away now. Pile up draft picks for 2017 and 2018. That's pretty nutty if that's the case.

It's like lose the lotto draft and team is cooked for mediocrity. Sell and rebuild until you win a few young top players. I don't know if this, "needs to be a young core to win it in the new NHL" take, is right. Does anyone buy that?

Any of you kiddies know anything about Darren Raddysh's game? If we were to aquire him does he have any actual potential in the nhl?

lb's - so archaic. Welcome to the metric system biatch.

I don't think i've flagged anyone in my years here.
It's so obvious and easy to ignore those who you find annoying.
I just scroll straight past and put my big boy pants on.

Ummmm..... no?

In 3 years Bo will be 25 and Prime. Sutter/Tanev/Guddy will be around 30 so still solid players in prime. Plus all our current youngins will be well developed(hopefully). in 3 years we would likely be 10 years from even the possibility of a rebuild. That is when adding pieces and making trades would make the most sense.

Just saw the Ottawa highlights

Totally forgot Tanner Glass was still in the league.

I see Alain Vigneault still plays him way too much.

Limping so I had him checked out. He'll survive. Must have hurt himself at the dog park.

That happens a lot. They don't know when to stop when they are young.

Ottawa - funny how an elite defenseman and solid coaching can turn a mildly talented team into a possible third round team. Still not a fan of Burrows but I hope they beat the Rangers.

I don't get on other teams bandwagon but there are some teams I love to watch lose. Rangers are one of them.

I really do like Karlesson. He is the best defence man in the league. I love watching him play. The fact that he is still playing elite level minutes with a bad foot is unreal. I would give up my left testicle to have a defence man of his caliber on our team.
