Sharapova's case was pretty minor and not like it puts her career into question. The meds or what ever were only banned a couple of months earlier... so, it's not like the case can be made that she was using this stuff before then. It wasn't against rules at the time. Makes for good drama though.

The WTA rule for being caught taking a banned substance is that you are banned from the sport for 4 years. It has been 16 months and she is back playing. Pretty unfair if you ask me

Can you name one? Until this I don't know that I had ever heard of a high profile tennis doping scandal, at least on the womens side.

I didn't mind what little we saw of him last year. Good fourth liner.
