I called the office to ask about the pest control and they said they were here to spray the buildings, when I asked if they were doing the wooded/grassy areas they put me on hold, transferred me, then hung up on me

There goes another $10K.

So I called petsmart and they told me to put rubbing alcohol on a cotton ball and hold it there for a few minutes on the scab (that I'm not sure is a tick or not) and if it was a tick it would come out for air. I did this for 10+ minutes and all that came off was the top of the scab leaving a red bump underneath but still no sign of a tick. So I don't know
