20 mil over 3 years gives him a big raise, gives the sabres some flexibility and keeps eichel in line for a 2nd big raise assuming any sort of playoff success or personal hardware over that 3 year period.

it's Housley, and then anyone else is a distant 2nd

He's reportedly good with young talent
And I know I'm impressed with the way Nashville's defense plays
Housley seems like he actually does a good bit of coaching from behind the bench as well
