my first was one of these. i bought it for 800 bucks. it was only 10 years old at the time but had somehow aged 25 years. the interior was torn to shreds and if you touched a spot that wasn't torn it would just pop and split open where you touched it.

no power steering. no air conditioning.


mine was this color too. notice how from the fender back it's the color of a tomato. my whole car was that color.

and yet, they were considered better made than the poop the big 3 was putting out there. its amazing any of us survived the 70's or 80's
