i was very disappointed. i thought it would have some character to it. it was all just generic bars/tourist trap restaurants. and i've never seen so many people so drunk at all hours of the day. i mean it makes Vegas look like the Magical Kingdom. and then there was the smell... my god the smell...

Same.

I went through as bottle of hand sanitizer and never touched anything..

Cupboards are so full, Habs don't need anymore prospects.

Is that it? Or are they too close to the contract limit and they don't think he'll turn out to be any good...or crossing their fingers he won't get picked up in the draft again, and sign him to a minor deal (AHL/ECHL)

Seriously, they'll cross the bridge when they get there, but if he walks I wonder what is their plan...not much on the UFA market so solution must come from a trade.

...and since they don't have much to deal, any trade will result in creating a glaring hole somewhere, in the prospect pool and/or actual roster.

Creating a glaring hole in a black hole is hard.

Well, they just offered a contract to this guy :

Don't know which of the 2 I prefer...Guess there's only place for more 4th line potential.

Maybe it's him that doesn't want to sign with the Habs?

But this sucks.

He's going to play in Brampton...I guess there is a minimum number of players they need to provide to remain an affiliate.

Chicago Steel is in the USHL which is Tier 1 Junior. it's not as good as the CHL but it's also a ton better than high school
