Same as what I mentioned before, when he got hired he said some things and made some promises and he didn't come through on and Pegula called him on it. He didn't really have all his cards in order when he had his meeting. He could have moved Kulikov on deadline day to the Bruins for a 5th I think it was not sure and he didn't. Teams inquired about Franson and he didn't move either guy. All that was just a small sample as to why Murray was fired. Pegula felt that Bylsma had disconnect with the team and I don't know if it was because he didn't hire him. Bottem line is, Pegula felt that this was going to snowball even more and he felt cleaning house was the best option, just like with the Bills.

Pegula felt that Murray mismanaged certain assets and players, now we all know that Pegula didn't figure all this out on his own.

Deer in the headlights finally caught up to Murray.

I saw a McNabb-Pysyk combo as a really good 3rd pair for us for years
Neither LA or Florida can protect them...
if all else fails...
I'm still on bringing either or both back

If anything happens it will be a pleasant surprise instead of what is viewed by many as an epic failure when it doesn't happen and somehow still GMTM's fault.

Those numbers are VERY interesting to me

From what Paul Hamilton was saying about watching Antipin in the Worlds, he'd probably have bad numbers bc he "backs off too much at the blue line"

IMO, the Lehner trade doesn't hurt nearly as much as McNabb & the two 2nds for a 4th liner (Dlo) and 3rd line ceiling guy (Fasching). That is really the only trade that GMTM made that I'd instantly have back if given the chance. Dlo and Fasching are guys that I think could be picked up pretty much anywhere instead we gave up 1 dman and 2 picks (that should have become dmen) for them.
