Catfish is biodegradable though. So is your cat. - Feds91Stammer
You're right that totally makes it not inconvenient or littering. They should just leave it in the ice till it's gone naturally. That's what God would want. |

Meh that is pushing it. We aren't talking Philadelphia fans throwing batteries at people. - Feds91Stammer
But that's not up to you. It's up to the arena. So it really doesn't matter if you think it's too far. Just like if it were your property it'd be up to you and no one else's opinion would matter. |

Well in that case, they should prosecute this guy to the fullest extent of the law! |

I didn't ssy he wasn't. That's why I gave mine ( then explained it for several hours cuz my life is hallow and meaningless) and he gave his and in the end it doesn't matter. Just a conversation in which both of us act like idiots. |

I love how Sid adjusted his face off style throughout the game. He was getting eaten alive through the first half, then switches to a lower on knee style and barely lost any afterward.
I know peeps don't put much stock in FO% but the more we keep their D from possessing the puck up top in our zone the better IMO. - Thorny87
I put stock in FO%. It's one of the important "little things" that usually has an immediate positive impact on the proceeding play and can add up over the course of the game. I also put stock in other little things like clearing the zone as well as gaining the red line to avoid icing and execute a shift change. If you start focusing your attention on these things it becomes striking how important they are.
As for the fish debate, I hope the guy does get punished to the fullest extent of the law. Here's why:
1. Detroit started the tradition. It's their thing. Other fans starting to do it with other seemingly random and irrelevant objects looks derivative, unimaginative, and lame. It is played out. In fact, it has been played out for about 20 years. Time to come up with something new. How about a derisive chant? That would make more of an impact in an opposing building that some copycat stunt which, again, looks amateurish.
2. It's our building. (frank) opposing fans who want to pull poop in our building. (frank) them all.
3. It is an unsanctioned interruption of a live sporting event. Punish to deter. Millions of people are watching to see a sporting event, not what some knucklehead does thinking he's clever.
4. Hat tricks are different and everyone making this false equivalency knows this. They happen very infrequently. They are the result of an exceptional achievement. The celebration is tradition league-wide and is sanctioned by the league. And no, I don't have any problem with opposing fans throwing hats in our building if one of their players gets a hat trick. |

I can run for office on the following platforms:
1) Dead cats in superstore parking lot reform
2) Keeping Americans safe from gay zombies
3) "Kickstart My Heart" by Motley Crue replaces the Star Spangled Banner
4) Sale or use of hard/grainy toilet paper punishable by being fired into the sun |
