I mean, offensive players usually hit their offensive peaks early in their careers (between ages 21 and 24) so it's not unreasonable to suggest that he's past his prime as he doesn't bring anything more than offense.

Today? Probably around 5.5mil as UFAs with recent scoring history often get overpaid. As for "fair value", I'd say between 4.5 and 5mil.
