It helps if when using words to "discuss" on a forum, that there is some resemblance of coherent thought behind those words. Perhaps if you took more time to think before you impulsively unloaded your rambling drivel here, you would have more serious responses from people like grampa Iggy. Well obviously Blackstrom2 doesn't run the Capitals, and im not saying that Washington would want to trade Burakovsky, but they are going to have to do something to resign all the guys they want and fill in the rest of their roster with role players. Im sure they would rather trade someone else, but who else is going to give them a 1st round pick? They are going to run out of cap space and be a worse team than they were last year.

Don't think he is their top priority to sign right now either and if they don't get a deal done by July 1st Kovsky could sign an offer sheet (i know they are rare but can still happen) for 3-3.9 mil and that would really put the caps in a crunch. And they would only end up with a 2nd round pick for that compensation.
