1. We're trading Kane. This is the only time to trade him to get the best value. He's not going to sign here. While I'd like to keep him it just seems like he'll hit FA.
2. We need a top pairing defenceman and Kane alone is likely not enough. Brodin is very, very good and would likely be the best case scenario for us to get.

I honestly pay very little attention to the Jets. Just going by stats/GP. Hes only had one season where hes played over 65 games (in past 4 seasons)

Bouwmeester could skate like the wind, move the puck up and down the ice, set up beautiful plays. He was very talented and seeing the play and development.

Bogos falls under this. He is a strong player who looked like he was lacking in confidence all year.
