People forget that Zemgus only moved to C after Larsson got hurt. That line WAS Zemgus - Larsson - Gionta up to that point. Anything is subject to change with a new coach tho obviously.

Technically he would have had over 20 goals that one year so you're kind of incorrect

Saw some chatter about Buffalo ending up with Marc Methot.

It was even as far to say that he is a top pairing guy to go with Risto. I think that was just someone's opinion. I don't know a ton about Methot but I remember their fans were very down on him this past year.

I haven't followed the prospects in this draft AT ALL...

I see a lot of folks like Cale Makar here.

I've seen some mock drafts having us take Michael Rassmusen. Big 6'5 200 lb center seems like a park in front of the net PP guy. Good speed and vision. Is a battler for hte puck obviously and some said is the best player out of the WHL. Seems like a 3C to me basically.

He may well keep him at wing I'm guessing he'd like to see him more at Center before making that decision,
But it is possible he us his mind made up already I guess

On pace for, and actually doing it, are 2 different things
That would be like saying Stafford is a 40 goal scorer bc the 1 year he had 30g in 60ish games
