Awkward - then Dionne commenting on the chicks legs, the one older fella struggled to read the monitor from what seems like 1000 yards away - the PK Breath Mint thing was lame - blimp cam, lame - jokes about Auston Matthews (they panned to him - he thought joke was, well you guessed it - lame)

Reason gorges isn't bought out is his contract is done this year. Why buy him out and pay a part of his salary next year too. We are not against the cap. We are most likely gonna build for the future, not trade Young assets to win now and suck again this year. It was unrealistic that most of the people on here thought playoffs so fast in our rebuild. Chicago, LA, Pitt, Edmonton, those rebuilds took years, and three of those teams had the best player in the league at one time with an uber sidekick (sid malkin/ Kane toews/ Leon mcdavid). We don't have that, be patient

How do you think those teams got those sidekicks? They didn't get them by making blockbuster deals to become mediocre.
