It's probably fair value. 7 and an up and down talented but unhinged d man for a very low end 1C and someone who could be their starting goalie. But you'd think Arizona would've kept the pick.....they're clearly wanting to start moving ahead with the rebuild, but is it the right move? Arizona has so many talented center prospects. Directive from new owner?

well they easily got (frank)ed the hardest out of all the teams...still think its a bit of an overpay, but oh well. stepan and raanta are two good players
