Yeah its not as bad but i get them even when just reading blogs. Its gotten a lot worse this week. My guess is its on purpose since this site is probably seeing more traffic at the moment. Makes it even more poopty.

There's so much coverage and so much hot-taking, so many more media outlets who compare every single move you make and if one doesn't shake out, it's daunting on that level

Some teams operate on internal budgets. The cap is punitive when you have bad contracts. Draft picks are consistently overvalued. Guys make picks and they just won't let them go

I dunno. I thought earlier today was pretty cool, with all the trades Chicago did and the big NY trade.

I view this a bit differently.

Economically, it just makes sense to do your best to scout, draft, and develop your own players rather than overpay for other team's players. Scouting and development staff aren't counted against the cap and the first few years of a good player's career are under team control at minimal cost.
