Bettman would make Benning forfeit his 2018 1st for making him look bad...just like cap penalty on the Luongo deal

Now that the draft is over, who do we target in free agency? Someone that can maybe help now? Fill up on cheap guys to save money and tank? Take on high cap hit players for 2018 draft picks?

You are forgetting there are 4 prospects now ready to go earn a spot and Boucher plus perhaps Rodin too...I would be in shock if Green picks those plugs rather then develop the talent he was hired to work into the line up.

We are well on the way to being a goaltending powerhouse or most likely a goalie controversy.

Every draft eventually comes down to a roll of the dice. Not every pick will pan out, and you won't know what you ultimately have for a few years. I may not agree with every pick this year, but I see the logic in all of them. All we can do now is wait and hope for the best.

Kid has great attitude. Not pretentious. He's working on his skating and even though he's about learning more in OHL I like it more he impresses in camp.

If this kid improves skating with coach by camp could be a surprise Green might be tempted with him given his NHL ready size.
