I'd take a chance on him. Young, had a good rookie season, motivation in the same division as the Oilers. Doesnt seem to have the best hockey IQ but he could fill a spot while the more promising prospects simmer some more

I'm glad Cram wasnt, good with Boucher, and indifferent on Chaput being qualified. I liked watching Chaput's effort last season, but was put in positions way over his head - thus the haters club against him.
