FWIW, my buddy who is "connected" said we are reaching out to Boyle.

Makes sense...
but can anyone see him choosing here?
He's the kind of guy that every playoff team would want
And you'd thing he's at the point in his career when it's all about winning
How much would Pitt like to replace Cullen with him? For example |

Powered through a hot roast beef headwich this weekend. Was like $25. Worth every penny. Had to be a 1/4 lb of horse radish on that bad boy. |

5%
Since his agents and Avs have been in contract talks for a while and he has an offer on the table right now.
I would assume very very low |

If Zemgus and Larsson go then I'm fine with Boyle or Cullen. I just don't want one gone and then a situation that forces E-Rod into the minors. He looked good down the middle to me last year and I want to build on it. - RhinoFan
Erod was here for a small sample size
Last year was his first at Center, & was moved there mid-season
If u really want him to develop,
playing on the 1st or 2nd line in Rochester with guys like Nylander, Fasching, Baptiste, Bailey, Cj Smith, etc... would do a hell of a lot more for him than playing 10min a night on line4 here |

Last night I ate two cartons (one full, one nearly) of chinese food. And and egg roll, and 4 steamed dumplings.
At 6:30, I powered down the Chef's Special Lo Mein in its entirety, with the egg roll and the dumplings as an appetizer. My daughter started on an order of Sesame Chicken and Broccoli, but she got called out by her friends, and abandoned the effort less than a quarter way through. I hung around until about 11:00 last night, then wiped out those leftovers.
No horseradish at all.
My whole body is the definition of "bloat" today. |

These guys talk about the Beaulieu trade for a few minutes
https://itunes.apple.com/...0849?mt=2&i=1000386702166
Basically what I got:
Supposedly moved bc he was a bad influence on Galchenyuk,
I'm guessing with partying, drinking, etc
*keep him & Kane away from each other then, haha
Montreal was still dumb to trade him
Skates with the puck well
Inconsistent on defense
Could still be a good #4
Sounds like some red flags, but also some promise
Not a sure thing by any means
But at least it sounds like he has the talent to be a decent defenseman
Kinda sound like Bogosian in some ways to me though...
so hopefully Housley can really help guide these guys |

Sense I got from the MTL threads I read is that he has been one of those disappointments that really hurt because occasionally they show what the real potential could be... But yeah there were a lot of suggestions he was out too late too many times.
Let's hope he grows up a bit and puts it all together.

I feel bloated reading that. That's the kind of dinner where you wake up at 2 am and have to slug down a gallon of water. |

Would be really good as a 4th line center + winning veteran
I'd rather have him next year than Gionta |

He has talent and skating ability. Using a lottery ticket on him was brilliant. Plenty of players can perform better in a different system. Here's to hoping it works for him.

Gionta wants to come back, don't think any talking has gone on yet between the 2 sides. Botterill has no obligation to any of these players. |

Last year was his first year and it was a small sample size, but he looked ready. One of our lone bright spots if that's fair. I'm always talking about how Rochester MUST be better, so you're probably right. I just don't want to shut the door on him before camp starts if feasible. |
