Cheap deal, probably 2-3M. He WANTS to return per reports. He can fill in 2LW for a year instead of rushing Nylander. Scored 48 pts last year...respectable.

If he plays on a line with RoR and Okposo, he won't be slowing anybody down. They can try to run a north south, up tempo game all they want, with Kyle Okposo and RoR in your top6 for the forseeable future, that isn't going to be a constant trend. Those guys are great hockey players, but neither are burners or close to it.

That's why I want my Vanek back.
