There's no reports. Just because he was on "The Instigators" and didn't poop on Buffalo doesn't mean he wants to come back. - PassionBucket16
If he pissed on Buffalo does that mean Connolly will come back? |

Get ready, we abouts to makes some moves - sbroads24
I said this yesterday but if Eichel and Reinhart combined cost 14 million in 18-19, then that season we will have 50 million tied into 8 players:
Eichel (9), Reinhart (5), Okposo (6), Ristolainen (5.5), Bogosian (5.2), Moulson (5), Ennis (4.8), O'Reilly (7.5).
Shattenkirk at 6 million means 55 mill tied into 9 players.
Shattenkirk makes no sense. |

If Ennis, Moulson, AND Bogo are all on the team next season.... I'll eat a curtain. There is no way in blue monkey hell if they put out the same type of output under new regime as they have in the past that they get paid almost 15M collectively. |

with three of them being gone within 2 years.
We have room for one more big contract right now.....I hope it's used on defense. |

Unless Botts has a plan to shed some of those bad contracts, pass on The Shatt. |

Buying out Moulson/Ennis = 2.5 mill in dead money for the next 4 years.
Buying out Bogosian = 2.5 mill in dead money for the next 6 years.
Who is trading for any of them? |

I trust JB to send $$$ out if we pay Shattenkirk. He is a good offensive defenseman. I trust JB and Housley...

In:Shatt
Out:Bogo?
Maybe we sign Shatt, Trade for Scandella+dump for Nylander, Bogo+? (I'm not on teh Nylander bandwagon at all)
IDK value outside of NHL17 lol |

Doesn't mean he doesn't want to come back either. I had heard reports that he was open to returning this past season...maybe that's nonsense.
At the same point, the rest of the points are valid and good justification for bringing him in either way. |

How many times have Nathan Horton, Chris Pronger, and David Clarkson's contracts been traded? Anything is possible but yes CLB did have to give a 1st AND a 2nd for them to take Clarkson and not anyone else in the expansion.
I don't think Bogo is as bad as a lot here and I think a 26 year old D man like him under Housley could have a resurgence. A lot of D-Men take time to grow.
Hedman was considered close to a bust for a while in TB until Cooper came along and now he is top 10 for the Norris 2 years running and also 26. |

a) he was never considered a bust, not on the level of bogosian
b)hedman took a huge jump in that shortened season..2012-13 not at 26
since then hes been amongst the top 5 d year after year. at 26 bogosian is what he is.. which isnt very good. |

He's got a horrible contract for a 5/6 defenseman. Buy out would be horrible. To get rid of him you're taking back another horrendous one. |

Bogos become a whipping boy around here (some legit reasons), but he's not as bad as he's made out to be. |
