Connolly gets a ton of hate on here for his crap off the ice.

When he was out with a concussion he was out behind the bar "bartending" at SOHO all the freaking time.

This wasn't the off season either this was during the season when the team was on the road.

The guy had unreal hands and was a probably one of the most talented Sabres skill wise of all time.

He just started off on the wrong foot for who he was traded for and then the injuries started piling on and he didn't handle them the right way either.

Sabres Fans who really watch team know Timmy C was amazingly talented, his deke on Alfredson on PP and drive to net faking the pass and going blocker side high was one the BEST goals I have ever witnessed! Some of the young guns are trying this move but the skill and talent it demands is rare indeed. Without Tim we never Tie the 1st game against Ottawa in 05/06 when Drury wins it in OT. Without Tim Pommenville never gets the opportunity to score the Series clinching goal.

Tim Connelly and Thomas Vanek are both hated by some because they are human.
