As much as I felt that Pomminville represented the mediocrity that the team and fanbase was enamored by, I could see him doing good things with either Eichel or O'Reilly.

Pommer was the one that I HATTTTEEEEDDDD trading in our tank years... I loved that dude... He was such a hard working player... granted this was like 4 years ago and he is now 34...

I've always been a big Pominville fan. Love to have him back home. He is far more likely to be on the ice and contributing for 1M more than Ennis would have been.

Personally I think Bogo stays and Housley get s a shot at fixing his game. Gorges is the one I could see moved/bought out if the window is still open

I can live with Pomminville at $5.6 for only two seasons. With a team like this, term is far more important than salary. And right now, nobody other than Eichel or Ristolainen should be locked up for more than four years.

Killed over trading Ennis and Foligno? We were fine on cap, we have room to maneuver, it was a good deal by us. TM might have gotten killed because he probably would have given up a 1st whereas we gave up a 3rd
