He scores 20 even strength goals per year, has a career shooting % just under 13 and has never had a dynamic player to play with, and no, Matt Moulson and Kyle Okposo are not dynamic. I'm actually still baffled at Okposo's contract, let alone Moulson's.

He has great size (6'1" 211 lbs), wins half of his faceoffs, gets about 250 shots on net per year, is entering his prime and he's never scored less than 24 goals in a season, and with the lockout year pro-rated, his lowest career points total is 54, in his rookie season. He's never scored below 65 points in a season since his rookie year (pro-rated lockout season he has 81 points in 82 games)


John Tavares is 100% a franchise center, IMO. If we aquired him, it would be like having 2 Jack Eichels.
