For the record, I still think Risto is a good top 4 D man.

Just whether he's a legit #1/2 is yet to be determined until we see what Housley has in store

There are underlying individual stats like icorsi and iscf that suggest hes got the potential to be an offensive top 2, but thats the key. Not like Trouba but like Faulk.

So long as they continue to use (overuse) him on the PK and in a shut down role we'll never get the chance to see it.
