The other stats are, sure, and they're only 5v5 too as opposed to the all situations ice time one which doesn't make any sense by itself why are you comparing all situations ice time to 5v5 goals, assists...

How the hell do you calculate ice time per 60? His ice time is 8/10 per 60 minutes of ice time? Do you realize how ridiculous that sounds? Am I missing something? It's like using the word you're trying to define in the definition.

i think its supposed to be how much ice time they receive per 60 minute game. its ranked out of 10 so i guess its a ranking of sorts as well, 10 you're among the best, 0 among the worst and 5 average.

Yes, but guys who get less per game have higher rankings. If it was a 5v5 thing then I totally understand, he gets a LOT of PP time, but it's not, it's all situations ATOI/60. Unless they changed in the last week or so. Shea Weber played 25 less seconds a game and he's almost 10. Yet Risto is an 8. How does that make any sense? Risto had the 5th highest ATOI in the NHL last year. It stands to reason he should be higher than 8. It's just something I noticed and it bothers me. Either their explanation is inadequate/wrong and they mean 5v5 like all the other stats, or their math is bad.

This is wrong. Even summing the ATOI for the last 2 years Risto still has Weber by 0:38 a game.

I agree. He didn't even fizzle out, they just plain cut ties with him.

If that's the case then I wouldn't even bother watching the Return of Twin Peaks...it's waaaay more Lynch than casual fans seem to be able to take.

I eat the Lynch stuff up, however, and am thrilled to be in the midst of an almost perfect season of batpoop crazy tv. The last episode, #8, is the most surreal and nonconventional hour tv has ever seen, and I am not exaggerating. The most sane and casual moments are a 4-minute NineInchNails performance (She's Gone Away) and it culminates in a mutant giant insect with frog legs that was created from nuclear bomb testing in New Mexico walking into a teenage girl's mouth after she is lulled to sleep by a soot-covered woodsman who goes on a murderous rampage in the desert and takes over a radio station, reciting creepy verse about water and the well, descending into hell and the horse being the whites of the eyes. Lynch pays some tribute to Kubrick (Kubrick was a big fan of Lynch's first film, Eraserhead) in the episode but also takes the story into some amazing places. It has to be seen to be believed.

Lynch has grown on me over the past few years, but my GF is a film snob, so that contributed.

i still prefer the spider charts at least in terms of production. i dont know that theres a tool out there for defence because truth is we're still having a tough time defining what good defence is.
