W/e all it has to do is beat bvs and that should happen
- GERBE!!!75PTS

Batman vs Superman did $873,260,194

As of July 7th Wonder Woman has done $724,991,191

So it roughly needs $150 million to beat out BVS in 8 weeks so almost $19,000,000 each week...

It's not going to happen. Numbers fall dramatically after week 6.

Wonder Woman has does great...
I don't get why it's become a competition
Who cares?
Both movies have done very well

At those numbers, there's really no downside
Great deal for us

If he's fully recovered, I totally agree. The injuries were brutal and I hope he's not shy about going into corners now. You're right about the price, everything to like about that.

Oh no not Denmark of all $2.5 million Batman vs Superman did total there

Of the countries it hasn't been released in the total revenue might get you $30 million...

Hurley has already solidified himself as a miss
It was a dumb pick

Petersen was later rounds, so no biggie that he hasn't worked out

Lots of hope for those others though

- jdfitz77

Looking back at the 2013 draft, it wasn't very deep. Folks talked about Santini and Hagg but there's not a ton to be jealous of after Hurley was picked.

You do realize that the box office sales for the 2nd month of just about any movie are often very low. Everyone who wanted to see it, has seen it by now. It's even worse considering how you can get these movies over the internet now.
- buffalofan19

It hasn't opened in Japan yet. I don't know how much they spend on movie, nor do I know how close it is to a billion yet, it's obviously got to be fairly close.

If it's projected to bring in a Billion it's going to be damn close, they are very accurate when projecting when the movie is playing. Like when the project the opening weekend at 4 o'clock on the Friday and they're only off by a million or so dollars by Monday morning.

I posted back then how I was pissed we passed on Santini

I've said it a million times...
but we gotta pick defense high in the draft

Even if he never played another game...
no real downside at that Cap hit

Great signing

That's it? Probably not enough tentacles for them...

But if the projection really is a billion and Gerbe's not totally exaggerating then it should have no problem surpassing BvS.

What did you think of Botts' draft? He drafted some small, puck-moving D, but not very high.

At that cost who cares. I like that was a 2 year deal personally.

Doing a quick google search I haven't seen anywhere project it to get to a billion...it is junior being junior.

It will be a stretch to beat Batman vs Superman (by September 1st no less)

After the 2nd round,
I generally consider those picks all lotto tickets

Nothing worth getting too excited about now
If any of them work out, great...
but I wouldn't count on it

As gas as who he picked in the 1st two rounds...
good prospects

But again,
we ignored defense
That's troubling to me

For sure
I thought he'd get signed at around 1.25m per season for 2 yrs
Good deal for us

It's only 500k "savings" but I still like it

I was thinking Liljegren or Tippett at 8 (assuming Makar and Heisk were gone). I didn't really think about Mitzy cuz I thought he'd be gone as well. Liljegren going to TO makes a little nervous. If he turns out study, its going to be in our faces for a long time.

I'm going to have to trust the scout on Davidsson. Not eye-popping stats, but he was playing against men. Any problem with taking a goalie where Botts took him?

Alex Nylander, to me, look more filled out this development camp. Doesn’t look so much like a kid out there anymore #Sabres

Maybe it's just me, but it looks like Nylander is bigger this season. Guhle said he definitely is. He's up to 200lbs.
