I think Botterill would have loved Pysyk. He probably would never have traded him. So in a way if Asplund works out, GMTM may end up giving us an additional asset. |

How about Asplund can be a good player for the Sabres and not a trade chip?
This whole Pysyk thing is overblown. He would have been better than Kulikov last year but lets not act like Pysyk is this amazing top 4 defensemen because he's not. |
