Not that it's a big deal, and I'm very happy we drafted middlestadt.. but how can an 18 year old athlete not do one single pull up?

I can do 10 no problem and i don't work out, at all. Like totally inactive, mind you I'm not 200lbs but I think if I was i could do at least 1 at the same strength I am now being able to do 10 at 155lbs.

Trading Reinhart for Hanifan is a lateral move, and may even prove to be a risk for Buffalo to do. I think, when both hit their primes, Reinhart wins you more games than Hanifin. It's not like he's Ekblad.

Only argument I could see is top dmen are worth more than top forwards of the same age. At this point, I'd balk at that offer.

For a guy who is as talented as he appears to be, its suspect that the jump from HS to USHL resulted in stats that are commonly put up by guys taken in the mid to late first round.

Perhaps those mid round guys were closer to their developmental ceiling than Mitts is. Perhaps Mitts needs more strength to score more. Perhaps Botts and all of scouting aren't (frank)ing fritatta by ranking Mitts as high as they did.

If they hit their full potential Hanifin gives you more wins and its not even close. Reinhart projects as a winger here, hanifin projects as top D. again this is if they hit their potential

The risk in this deal for us is that Hanifin's ATOI has yet to eclipse 18 mins a night. its entirely possible that he cant handle it. The risk for them would be that its possible you're giving up a game changer for someone who isnt.
