One of my buddies has a huge pig roast tailgate for that game. It's sort of like the lottery - which one of us is going to wind up hopelessly overserved and unconscious.

I know there's 30 teams in play for him (Counting COL as out), but, Butcher would make a lot of sense for BUF and Housley would make a lot of sense for Butcher......

I love it too. But I DON'T love what comes after it. Summer and Autumn are for sure my two favorite of the seasons.

Broncos went 9-7 in a rebuilding year and if Siemian wasn't playing with one arm the 2nd half of of the season we make the playoffs again. Bills will have to play their best ball to beat us.

He would have to be ok with going to Rochester because I Doubt they would give him a spot over scandella, beaulieu, mccabe, or gorges. unless he plays RHD he would still have to take a spot from risto( obv not), bogo, antipin which is doubtful

i think he would have to be ok with going to the AHL almost no matter who he signs with.. i can't see anyone saying "you are guaranteed an NHL roster spot" to him

Risto, Scan, Bowl, Ant, Bogo, Cabe are your top 6. Gorges is your 7. If you want him that bad, you tell him he needs to prove his worth in camp and then maybe you can trade Gorges for a late rounder just to free up a spot, if he earns it. Or if he's ok with joining the A, same thing, let him try, if he can't beat out Gorges, more d depth for us, and we can send one of the Amerks D to Cincy.

Free agents are fun and all, but the Garth hype train is out of control as usual. Seems like a more reliable Casey Nelson. Which is fine. But he needs refinement.

I don't know what GMs see in the kid. But if they see potential top 6 dman, you do what you can to sign him, then make a trade if necessary. The prospect depth of dmen on this team is atrocious.
