The Canucks are arguably the best franchise in pro sports with no real weaknesses so why would anyone criticize them
- CanuckDon

no real weaknesses? dude, they suck at sucking because they're so awesome.

Both are very well done. Daredevil season one is worth the Vincent D'onofrio performance alone as the Kingpin of crime...bloody outstanding. Punisher in Daredevil season two was very well done too but Season one was better IMO.

Preacher is quite well done but it really does pale to the books (graphic novels). They of course can't transfer everything from the books to the screen, but overall they are doing a very good job. Could have chose better for the role of Tulip IMO but all else was casted very well.

ooooh, you'll love the fog of war. it is a documentary (series of interviews) with robert mcnamara, the secretary of defense under jfk and johnson.

fascinating insider stuff from the cuban missile crisis to the vietnam war. it was a great primer on the perils of us international intervention heading into iraq (movie was released in 2003).

guarantee you'll love it!

D'onofrio is great. Really liked him in Magnificent Seven.

He is good in Emerald City too.

lol...I could ask him...he's coming to the pro camps here at my rink in a few days...

It will be interesting to see how he looks out there as per conditioning.

Hello,

Elias Pettersson is cleared to get back into action at the Summer Showcase on Wednesday, when the televised games begin.

In the spirit of getting this blog back on track, ans because there is actually nothing going on in the hockey world right now, should boeser be in the pre season calder conversation. I can see nico/nolan/keller/boeser/sergachev being favorites going into the season

- Codes1087

My guess is Jost. Boeser could be up there though.

Thanks, i'll give Billions a shot this fall. I think you'll like Vikings if you give it an extended look. Ragnar's sons are quite famous in Norse history.
- golfingsince

I liked Vikings early on but it became a modern political correct joke eventually. I much prefer the lower budget but more realistic The Last Kingdom based on Bernard Cornwell's series.
