could very well, but I think one of bailey or baptiste makes it before him...I had Rodrigues as a dark-horse last year and I think he's in the running as well...may even overtake those two and smith...he's come along nicely, has skills and thinks the game well

C.J. and Bailey have the upperhand for that 2LW spot being that they shoot left. (i'm really high on the 3rd line of Pouliot-Larsson-Pominville)

Baptiste has the highest goal scoring potential, but he's a RW. I still don't see how this shakes out yet. I've heard that Okposo has played some LW, but i don't think you mess with his spot.

He's inline for a nice payday next year, i doubt he forgoes 3 years of salary to pick a different team. That could be almost $6m in lost earnings. Also, it wouldn't be as bad as it could be:
