Interesting list. Based on fantasy hockey perspective where points matter I am a little surprised at McAvoy's inclusion but in terms of overall impact I would tweak it slightly:

Not trying too jinx these players, as I never guess any of our draft picks correct, but I am keeping an eye on Joe Veleno, another much needed talented centre and Jared McIsaac, a much needed defenseman with a booming shot with a bit of an edge, for my leading candidates for our top pick in 2018.

We need to find 65-70 more goals. Lots needs to go right for this. 40 probably.
Drawing more penalties is key.
Both the PP & PK must improve, Nowhere to go but up but how far? Point threat?
D corp must take the next step. Less injuries.
Platoon in goal is most likely my guess.
Must skate & work hard every game. Some forwards will hurt us there.
Roster juggling in the beginning i hope happens to get results for TDL trades.
Can see many call-ups occur as we struggle but good signs will happen IMO.

They are good players like both of their games a lot. I have them in my top 10 tracking list. But if Canucks win lotto going with:

That sums up the difference this season. JB has brought in more quality depth so TG can be more pressing with top talent to produce. The internal competition goal to further development.
