I threw out three guesses yesterday and got nothing.
It's been pretty underwhelming as a dog faced meme goes. |

In PA the first one the police are like hey man don't do that again. Classes, fine and loss of license for 30 days. Any subsequent infractions they get after you pretty good. I think that is the way to handle it. Learn your lesson or become a repeat offender.
Also, if you cause any property damage or harm a living thing you should do real time regardless of how many you have. - mickel25
If you're innocent it's still going to cost you upwards of $5,000 so they have a pretty good thing going. |

I feel like it is a giant money grab for the most part. If they really cared about people driving drunk wouldn't they go after bars more often? Not saying they should. |

They shouldn't. Not everyone at bars drinks. Now, parking a quarter mile down the road from a bar to catch the scum, I'm good with that. |

There are laws that prohibit a bar from "over serving". Now if someone gets a DUI you could infer they were "over served". If they have been drinking at a specific bar isn't the bar breaking the law?
I do not want to go too far down this rabbit hole. I think it should always come back to the person that made the choice to drink. However, I think more could be done to deter drunk driving if that was the ultimate goal. |

I don't think the over-serving law has anything to do with driving.

If we really cared about people driving drunk there would be an Ignition Interlock Device on every car standard but that doesn't make anyone huge gobs of cash for prosecuting DUIs.
I can be more than a little bent on the subject since I've been traveling through Tredyfferin/Easttown township twice a day for 30 yrs. The single largest DUI township in PA.
Wanna get pulled over for changing lanes without signaling? Drive through there after 10pm. |

if it were called Ignition Exclusion Device we could say that every car should come with IEDs
it'll all be over soon when we get driverless cars |

lol that 70-90 point range - YuenglingJagr
Hehe covering a lotta bases there. But honestly - scoring has trended downward in recent years. Who knows tho. A 90 point G campaign would be amazing. Jake almost had one a couple years ago. |

It would be. Seeing as how only one player in the entire league scored 90 or more points last season, not very likely. I'll take 75.

I would like to see 6 more ES goals and around the same amount of assists.

I've lived and worked in that same area for over 50+ years and never had a problem. Follow the speed limit, obey safe driving practices, don't drink and drive. Its actually pretty simple and the law. |

Thanks man. I do that. I've been pulled over three times on 202 for changing lanes without signaling. Several times for having a tail light out. Got prosecuted twice for DUIs when my BAC was under .04.
I'll have to completely disagree with you.
They also send more DUI cases to Chester County Courthouse than any other township annually. They reap the benefits of it. The new police station is a dream. |

Exactly -- what were we gonna do? Let Giroux walk?
58 points isn't what anybody wants, but if he can come in at 55-65 points for 3-5 more seasons, i will take it - AllInForFlyers
I don't think it is a reach for these totals 60-65 points....The whole team should improve shooting %'s this year which should = more points.
I think we will be seeing some real nice balanced team wide scoring with good mix of PP goals that are timely backbreakers.
