Martin Jones trade was understandable, but Boston would be a much better team if they moved Rask, and would have received a better package at the time IMO.
Milan Lucic trade was a great trade by them, their haul was huge considering how much he actually sucks.

I'm genuinely curious which trades those are. My memory of the Bruins, in the dark time we don't talk about, is a core of players they drafted.

They have enough hockey IQ between the two of them to cover for him. He'd be a great third wheel just keep it simple. No need to create just play to strengths. Power, speed and shot.

Well previous year they traded Kessel to get Seguin.

That season they traded for Gregory Campbell and Nathan Horton, Chris Kelly, Tomas Kaberle, Rich Peverely.
