Pasternack = 0.715116 pts/game
Eichel = 0.795775 pts/game

And Eichel was on the worst team compared to those two. So Eichel should be getting $9.5 or more (wish he would take less, just doubt it)

If you are pulling PPG, you also have to factor in games played:

Leon Draisaitl 191 games
David Pastrnak 172 games
Jack Eichel 142 games

That being said, I do think $9-$9.5M is about the market value for Jack.
