Strome and Nurse are the only two gonna make money (maybe 8 total) if they both have strong seasons. Cagguila, Slepyshev, Benning, Pakarinen all coming off ELCs, have not been regulars and none of these guys have surpassed 20pts. 14mil is more than enough.

I do agree with you they might trade someone to free up some more $ - that would be a smart move obviously.

Wasn't being a super Richard but just saying. There are always cheap contracts that can be handed out to get under the cap. Tends to lead to less depth. They already had to sell Eberle a much better player then Strome to save 3.5 million. Players are going to ask for a raise as long as they don't suck again.

Maroon 42 points, Letestu 35 points. If those players have another season like that, the money will be coming.

Well its difficult but i'm narrowing down Pronman's list because it hasn't been posted anywhere yet. I think what he did was put in 100 names and then hit a computer simulator a couple of times and it came out completely random.

If they get lucky enough in the next couple of drafts to find a couple high-end skill guys in the draft, like I hope they've done with Pettersson, then they'll be on their way to better times. If not, then this mess will continue on.
