Going for Brown is a mid 6 add who can play up n down the lineup.
For my way of thinking thats a good add for versatility.

If that deal happened that allows us to move either one.
I'd choose Sven 1st & keep Granny for versatility.

Have you tried Milestone from everything wine? The guy there called it a poor mans caymus. I think it was on sale $4 off at $15.99.

Still not sure on it, very jammy. But not bad for the price.

I think, or hope at least, that the new coaching staff will be starting from scratch as far as line combos go. It's not like they need to start the season on a roll, they might as well try as many combos as possible and see what sticks, including splitting up the Sedins.

New combos i'm down for as for Dank he's lost without Hank.
If they split them up maybe a little press box time for Dank if he underwhelms.

If Dank cannot provide top 6 scoring he should be like anyone else & sit & let someone else get the chance.

I'm not so sure that Daniel is a write off without Henrik, but maybe he takes on a more playmaking role without him.

Either way, togeather or separated, I expect a better season from the Sedins. Yeah yeah, I know, low bar.

I to expect a better season from them though only if together.
As for Dank being a playmaker on another line i think that is Gagners role.
Could be wrong but overall team speed is hurt with Dank on the wing.

I think Dank will be getting phased out slowly but get his 1000th point.

Not very far at all lol
Some of the usual crap eg he's a 3rd D pairing or injured too much or not worth Brown etc etc etc. Tbh i didn't expect much else. Tanev has not much value for adding to their awesome D corp.

Personally speaking Brown & a 1st was not a bad asking price IMO

Ottawa could be a prime trade partner if Tanev ever gets moved.

Maybe Colin White or more or a 1st could be realistic.

Karlsson/Tanev duo would be a great pairing for all situations.
Ceci in the 2nd pairing looks real good depth.

Or if it has to be LHD to compliment Karlsson then would be sweet if Edler waived to go to the Sens. That would fetch us less than a 1st prolly but a 2/3rd might do it. White would not happen.
