I couldn't find the detail, but I believe there's a limit on the number of pro games played for a player to come to prospects camp, and it includes AHL. A guy like Jankowski still qualifies even though he's nearly 23 cuz he only has one full year of pro hockey, but I think Subban & JV are over that limit.

I was trying to figure out if Kyle Connor for Wpg or Puljujarvi for Edm might come. They both have just one year of pro. I guess it just depends if the organizations want to treat them as established pros, like a Laine or McDavid.

Thank you for the feedback. Was not aware of the number of games factor.

With this years draft and last years it will be fun to see the variety of styles brought to the tournament. I am also curious how MacEwen and Chattfield pan out.

Vegas has a better top six than the Canucks do

Neal Grabovski Perron
Reilly Chipachyov Haula

grabo is not top6. He and clarkson were just roster dumps. Neither played last year.

I think shipachov will be 1c. its a tossup between Karlsson/lindberg/eakins for the 2c. It says mrchessault is center, pretty sure he played wing in florida and will continue to.

Yes I don't know if he's cleared to play yet or not, suffered his concussion in March of 2016, he may just take the insurance money and retire. If so, throw Cody Eakin in there and they still give the Canucks a run for their money in the top six.

I don't see him lasting . Thanks Gillis

If Hossa can retire because of a reaction to a skin medicine , Lu should be able to retire from too many shots to the Calzones

Yes there are more depth players of interest to look at this season. You could also add Molino and Brisebois to the list.

Tournament would be big step on if they stick in NA, besides Dahlen, on Palmu and Gunnersson.

Looks like a good crop without EP, Guadette, Lockwood and Rathbone not attending.

Yeah like that has helped. Don't worry about where they finish as long as prospects develop. Miss the playoffs as bubble team or crater at end. No difference really. Just win the lotto and all will be fine.

On last place, no, because tanking will be in full force which jades things, however, I'm all for a bottom three finish guarantee on the Canucks part.

If you find out the number let us know thanks. I guess that means EP playing pro in Sweden disqualifies him next season?
